Door Care & Security – COVID 19 (Coronavirus) Statement

Door Care and Security Ltd are closely monitoring current events and current information from both The Government and Public Health England. We are regularly reviewing and revising our business practises based upon the most current information provided by the above agencies. We will update all concerned of any changes to our best practice based on that level of information.

 

OUR EMPLOYEES

All our employees have been screened in relation to travel to any affected country within the last 14 days. All our employees are being closely monitored for signs of the virus. None of our employees currently show any signs associated with the virus. We will continue to actively monitor for symptoms of Association.

Sanitisation products have been made available to all staff and visitors at critical points where contamination points may arise.

Visitors to our premises will only be permitted if the activity is deemed as business critical and conducted on an appointment only basis.

The majority of our office based staff are now working from home. Those staff still having to man our Glossop site to carry out critical tasks are strictly adhering to guidance regarding social distancing.

 

OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to the nature of our service, daily interactions with our customers takes place on our customers own premises.  All Door Care & Security Ltd staff including engineers, surveyors or managers will be equipped with sanitisation products and or suitable PPE, with instructions and training on best practice, prior to any site visit.  Site specific protocols demanded by our customers specific site requirements will be adhered to by all our staff.  If any customer requires specific PPE for their own site Door Care & Security Ltd will accommodate this.

While performing their duties our field service engineers will adhere to Public Health Englands guidance regarding social distancing.

Please help us to ensure that our engineers are able to work safely within an environment that strictly observes the same protocols. 

Away from working activities, all staff  at Door Care Security have been advised to stay at home.

 

OUR SUPPLIERS

Daily interactions with suppliers will be restricted to business-critical deliveries to our premises.  All supplier personnel will be required to use with guidance our facilities sanitisation products prior to deliveries being accepted.  Interaction will be restricted to the goods in/goods out area.  At all times our staff will be promoting and supporting social distancing and minimising contact protocol.
